  • Note: FEAZELL Billie Singleton Feazell, age 75, passed away Monday, May 22, 2000 at her residence in Nazareth Towers. Mrs. Feazell graduated from Sciotoville High School, served in the U.S. Navy during WW II and had worked at Williams Shoe Company in Portsmouth. Billie is preceded in death by her parents Jake and Bennie Singleton, husband Charles Feazell. Surviving are her son, Randy (Myriam) Singleton of Grove City; grandchildren, Raquel (Bruce) Mendenhall and Jason (Mary Rose) Singleton; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Karnella Singleton and Irene Messer , both of Sciotoville; numerous nieces and nephews. Inurnment of the cremated remains will take place at Sunset Memory Gardens in Wheelersburg, Oh. at a later date. Arrangements handled by SCHOEDINGER NORRIS CHAPEL, Grove City.
