In memory of my Dad, Duell Franklin 'Frank' Beard who passed away 27 July 2009 in Ogden, Weber County, Utah. He loved his family and he also loved to do family history. I am sure going to miss you Daddy, love you always and forever. Also to my Aunt Helen, Daddy's sister (and other mother) who followed him just a month later, she missed her Toggy Boy...
