Richard, "of Conisburgh," Earl of Cambridge was born circa September 1376 in Conisburgh Castle, Yorkshire, England.2 He was the son of Edmund, "of Langley," Duke of York and Princesa Isabel Pérez de Castilla y León.3 Arms: England, bordure Leon.4 Earl of Cambridge between 1 August 1402 and 1415.5 He married Anne de Mortimer, daughter of Roger de Mortimer, 4th Earl of March, 7th Earl of Ulster and Countess of March Eleanor Holland, circa May 1406; 1st cousins, 2x removed.2 He married Maud de Clifford, daughter of Thomas, 6th Lord Clifford, Sheriff of Westmorland and Elizabeth de Ros, before 1415; Her 1st.5 He died on 5 August 1415 in Southampton Green, Hampshire, England. Executed for high treason.
