    He [John de Willoughby] married, before 1349, Cecily, siste r and (in her issue) coheir of William (DE UFFORD), 2nd EAR L OF SUFFOLK, 2nd but 1st surviving daughter of Robert, 1s t EARL OF SUFFOLK, by Margaret, great-aunt and (in her issu e) heir of John (de Norwich), 2nd Lord Norwich, daughter o f Sir Walter DE NORWICH, of Sculthorpe, Norfolk.
