The Last Will and Testament of WILLIAM CREEL deced was presented in Court by JOHN CREEL one of the Executors therein named who made oath thereto according to Law, ANNE CREEL the Widow and relict, one of the Exrs, named in the said Will, refusing to accept the burthen and Execution thereof and the same being proved by the oaths of BENJAMIN NEALE and MARY EDWARDS two of the witnesses is admitted to record and the said Executor having performed what is usual in such cases Certificate is granted him for obtaining a probate thereof in due form Ordered that WILLIAM YOUNG, EDWARD HUGHS, GEORGE ROGERS and THOMAS DODSON or any three of them first being sworn Inventory and appraise the Estate of William Creel deced in current money and that the Executrix return the same to the Court.
