HENRY accordinge to Acte, she puttinge in security accordinge to Act. THOMAS MARSHALL, DANIELL HARRYSON, RICHARD MERRYMAN & NICH: GEORGE are ordered to apprize ye sde. Estate & to bee sworne by ye nexte Justice. An Inven Tie thereof to bee exhibited to ye nexte Cort.
- Upon a peticon of HAGAR DAVYS, Widd., she is dischardged from beinge security for ye Estate of JOHN SHARPE (deced), & RICHARD PRICE, who marryed ye Widd: of ye sde. SHARPE is ordered to give security for ye same.
- It appeareing to this Cort. tht ROBT. POLLARD (deced) stands indebted unto ye Estate of HENRY DAVYS (deced) in 1350 lb. of tob: & ca: p Bill. It is ordered that ye same bee paide out of ye saide POLLARD, his Estate, wth: costs accordinge to ye tenor of ye saide Bill.

For remedye whereof, it is ordered by this Cort. that on ye first day of August nexte ye sde, apprizers doe repaire to ye House of ye sde, DAVYS to p:fect their sde. apprizemt,, And it is further ordered by this Cort, that ye sde HORTON & his Wife, doe upon their oathes to bee administred to them by Mr. WILL: BALL (who is thereunto desired by this Cort.) present to ye sde, apprizers all ye Estate of ye sde.
