MOTHER.
Dear husband thou art gone, Gone to return no more; But if God will keep me faithful, I will meet you on the shore.
CHILDREN.
Dear father thou hast left us, Now our number left is seven. We will trust the Lord to lead us And we'll meet you up in heaven.
WRITER.
Now dear mother and dear children, When these humble lines you read, Will you stop and think a moment? Then ask God for what you need. If you follow in His footsteps For his paths, they are the best, They will lead you to that city Where your loved ones are at rest.
A FRIEND. _______________________________________
