    PURVIS - Charles Alexander in his 55th year died at Sudbur y General Hospital on Monday, January 19, 1987. Dear fathe r of Debra (Mrs. Mark Menary) and Charlene; dear son of Mrs . Mildred Purvis; dear brother of Leonard, Mrs. Mildred Maj or, Helen (Mrs. Douglas Gordon) and Ken; dear grandfather o f Graham Menary. Friends were received at the Turner Funera l Home, Gore Bay, Thursday, January 22. Service was held fr om the home on Friday morning. Interment in Gordon Cemetery , Rev. Mary Jo Eckert officiated.
