David Proulx -
Passed away suddenly at his home on Thursday, April 19, 200 7 at the age of
59. David Proulx of Kitchener formerly of Blind River, Onta rio was born Nov.
25, 1947. Beloved son of Lucille (nee Causley) and the lat e David 'Toby'
Proulx. Loving father 'grandfather' of Denise and her boy s and Micheline and
her daughters. Dear brother of Patricia Folz (Mike) of Blin d River,
Constance Curtis of St. Thomas, Paul Proulx (Mary-Anne) o f Newmarket and
Todd Proulx of Calgary. Survived also by his many nieces, n ephews and
friends.
David will be laid to rest in his home town of Blind Rive r at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in David's memory t o Galilean Bible
Camp in Blind River would be appreciated by the family (car ds available by
