    Mary M. Calder b. 6 Aug 1818 Nairn, Nairn, SCT. She died i n 1902 and is buried at the Cedar Creek Cemetery, North Dum fries. She married Andrew G. Mathison abt. 1835, Ontario . Andrew was born 9 Feb 1806 Yarrow, Selkirk, SCT and die d 17 Dec 1872, buried Cedar Creek Cemetery. Andrew's paren ts were Alexander Mathison and Isobel Gray. (surname spelle d Mathison on the christening record)

    "1818, August 12th. James Calder tailor in Town and Jane t McIntosh his wife had a child baptized Mary. Witnesses : Messrs Ludovick Grant younger of Seabank, John Smith sur geon Nairn and James Simpson; Donald Sinclair Mrs. Grant o f Seabank. The child was born the 6th inst."

    Note: Seabank was an estate back in the day and was locate d behind the present day Nairn Museum.
