    1795, June 11;
    Deed of Joseph Stapp, Sr., to Joseph Stepp, Jr., June 11, 1795, for 100 acres on Toxaway Creek, Consideration 50 pounds, Joseph is "of Pendleton County," Land is on "South side of Toxaway Creek..being part of 975 acre Benjamin Cleveland Grant...intersects Col. Cleveland's south line."
