      Note: William T. Burley -
      Mr. William T. Burley, an old and well know citizen, died at 2:45 A.M., yesterday, at his residence, No. 504 East Baker Street. The funeral service will take place at 3:30P.M. Monday from the Calvary Baptist Church. Interment in Riverview Cemetery.
      Mr. Burley was a native of Henrico county; served during the War between the States in Marmaduke Johnson's Battery, Mahone's Brigade. He was a member of and deacon in the Bethlehem Church, Henrico county. Mr. Burley was twice married, his first wife being a Miss Rountree, and his second, Mrs. S. A. Wollard. The surviving children of the first marriage are: Charles C.; Paul W.; Robert M.; Mrs. James T. Reid; Mrs. George M. Young and Miss Bettie R. Burley. No children were born of the second marriage, but Mrs. Burley's children of her first marriage are: Mrs. W. T. Lautervah, Mrs. William Guthrow; Misses Lilla and Sadie Wollard. Mrs. Burley also survives. (Basically same obituary appered in Richmond News Leader on Mon., Dec 21, 1903)
