Her obituary from "The Sewickley Herald", February 11, 1976:
"EVA SYMES MILLER Eva Symes Miller, 83, of Wexford, died February 3, 1976, following a lenghty illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert E. Miller, former owner of Miller's Shoe Store, Sewickley. They were the parents of the late Lucille Humble and Alice Willey. Mrs. Miller is survived by three brothers, Eddie, Frank and Jim; and five grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Dallas S. Irvine Funeral Home on February 6, 1976. Interment was in Sewickley Cemetery."
She lived the last couple of years in the Wexford House Nursing Center, McCandless Twp., PA. There was a blizzard the night of the funeral services.
