    Pearl Edna Doughtie, 75, of the 3100 block of Dartmouth St., died July 12, 1992, in her home.

    Mrs. Doughtie was born in Chowan County, N.C.

    Survivors include four sisters, Pattie Wood of Elizabeth City, Belle Ward of Portsmouth, and Myrtle Baggett and Virginia Prescott, both of Suffolk; and a grandchild.

    The graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Steve Bingham. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel, is handling arrangements.
