Arlie Bolton
Dies Friday At Age of 70

Arlie L. Bolton 70 of 920 West Fourth St died at 5:45 at Good Samaritian Hospital. He had been in failing health for the past three years.

A former resident of Indianapolis, Mr.Bolton moved to Bicknell eight
years ago. He was employed with the Richardson Manufacturing Co.

He was born June 16th in Island, Ky,the son of Alfred and Anne Barnard Bolton. He was first married to LaRue Davis in 1930. In 1945 he married Margaret Ladley. She survives.

Mr. Bolton, a veteran of World War II, served with US Army. He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.

Survivng besides his wife, are two children, Ronald Bolton and Mrs David (Shirley) Jones both of Indianalopis: a step son David L Bolton ofHouston, Texas, two brothers, Elvis Bolton of Indianalopis and Edgar Bolton of Livermore, Ky. Two step-sisters Mrs. Mary Underwood and Helen Reynolds, both of Indianalopis and eight grandchildren.
A brother preceded him in death.

Funeral services were held this Monday afternoon from Wampler Shaw
Chapel with Ron Freeland officating. Burial was in IOOF Cementary.
