    LOUISVILLE - Juanita Jane Farmer, 63, of Louisville died Friday, Dec. 5, 2003, at her residence. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by a son, Steven Lee Farmer; and her parents, Rice and Gladys Bolton.

    She is survived by her husband, John L. Farmer; a daughter, Jennifer (Edward) Kress; a brother, James Bolton of Owensboro; two sisters, Phyllis Westerfield of Owensboro and Kaye Frailey of Livermore; and a granddaughter, Sarah Michelle Murphy.

    A memorial service will be at held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, a family-owned and operated funeral home center, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 EST p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial gifts may go to the family, the Muscular Dystrophy Association or Jerry Lewis Telethon.
