    Roscoe Bolton, 78, of Leisure Years Nursing Home, Owensboro, died Sunday, Jan. 10, 1993, at Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital. He was born in Muhlenberg County, was a retired construction worker, and was a member of East Fork Baptist Church in Fordsville. His wife, Hazel Ayers Bolton, preceded him in death.

    Survivors include two sons, David Bolton of Maceo and Jackie Lee Bolton of Owensboro; a daughter, Helen Jean Bolton of Owensboro; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, J.D. Bolton of Evansville; and three sisters, Margaret Bratcher of Fordsville, Kathyrn Long of Evansville and Helen Borders of McDermott, Ohio.

    There will be no services and no visitation. Haley-McGinnis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society, 2229-A New Hartford Road, Owensboro, Ky. 42303 or to the American Heart Association, 920 Frederica St., Suite 308, Owensboro, Ky. 42301-3078.
