    Leslie R. Bolton, 68, of Hot Springs, Ark., formerly of Owensboro, died Thursday, Aug. 25, 1988, at his home. He was a retired radio and television newsman. Bolton began his career with WOMI in 1939, moving to Arkansas in 1945. He was a member and former vestryman at St. Luke's Episcopal Church and was an honorary member of the Civil Air Patrol. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Bolton of Hot Springs; a son, Michael Bolton of Owensboro; two step-sons, John Lusby of St. Charles, MO, and Roland Lusby of Austin, Colo.; two step-daughters, Ruth Ann Talbert of St. Charles, and Susan Lusby of Fayetteville, Ark; and 12 grandchildren. Services are at 1 p.m. today at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Hot Springs. Burial will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens at 10 a.m. Wednesday
