    Ellis D. Bolton, 79, 316 Booth Ave., a retired farmer, died Saturday at the Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital at 3:40 p.m. after a short illness. His entire life was engaged in farming in the Brownsville community. Born at McLean Co., on Oct. 14, 1880, Mr. Bolton had lived in Owensboro for 17 years. He was a member of Rushing Methodist Church. Surviving are his daughter, Mrs. L. O. Wiggins, Marion; two brothers, Leslie Bolton of Owensboro, and Urey Bolton of Kansas City, MO; one grandson, and one great grandson. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Rushing Chapel Methodist Church conducted by the Rev. Chandler Ford, pastor of Rushing Chapel, assisted by the Rev. Ira B. Crenshaw. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery. The body is at the Haley-McGinnis Funeral Home
