LARA M. ANGLE JORDAN, 86, North Manchester, formerly of Speedway, died June 22. She was a homemaker. Previously, she taught at Bringhurst (Ind.) Elementary School. She was a graduate of Manchester College. She was a member of Speedway Lioness Club and Alpha Delta Omega sorority. Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity. Services: 11 a.m. June 26 in Church of the Brethren, Flora, of which she was a member. Calling: 3 to 7 p.m. June 25 in Baker Funeral Home, Flora, and from 10 a.m. June 26 in the church. Burial: Maple Lawn Cemetery, Flora. Survivors: husband Richard C. Jordan children Richard C. Jr., Charles W. Jordan, Janine Rust eight grandchildren six great-grandchildren.

Lara M. Jordan, 87, of North Manchester and formerly of Speedway and Flora, died Tuesday, June 22, 1999, at Timbercrest Healthcare.

The Carroll County native was an elementary school teacher, had taught at Bringhurst Elementary and was a homemaker.

Surviving are her husband, Richard C.; sons Richard C. Jr. of LaGrange and Charles W. of Covington, Ky.; a daughter, Janine Rust of Middlebury; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Flora Church of the Brethren, Flora. Burial was in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Flora.
