    Mrs. Kathryn L. Bolton Vest, 50, of 3318 Wizard Avenue., died Sunday at Jewish Hospital. She was a former kitchen supervisor for Kosair Hospital and a member of Arcade Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Darlene Martin and Claudia Vest; her mother, Mrs. Katie Bolton; two sisters, Mrs. Henrietta Stapelton of Orlando, Fla., and Mrs. Anna Williams; and four grandchildren. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Arch L. Heady Southern Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd. wit burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Shepherdsville. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to National Kidney Foundation of Kentucky West.
