Dearest Family and Friends:

Thank you for your show of love and respect for our David.
The Stewart family was /is dysfunctional by definition; but
we do love and care for each other as individuals. Words do
not come easily to the tonque, but they are in our hearts
and minds forever.

David died in a quiet dignified manner, which he would have
chosen. He did not suffer an extended illness and it was not
an ugly death/My David was vain. It was quick, neat and clean;
he did not burden himself or anyone else. As a counterbalance
of the early years, the relative ease of his death was a
major compensation to him and a great comfort to me in accept-
ing the loss.

Everyone in attendance knew a different Davidperson. Father,
Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, Friend, (and sometimes foe). All
of those personalities and traits combined to make him the man
we loved and will remember.

For those who were not able to be there; each of you know the
validity of your own reasons. David would have approved.
