Miss Emily Burdick
Miss Emily BURDICK, formerly of Almond, died at the Women's Relief Corps Home in Oxford Monday.
Survivors are four sisters, Mrs. John NICHOLSON of San Diego, Calif., Mrs. Mary L. FARR of Compton, Calif., Miss Cora BURDICK of Oxford and Mrs. C. P. KAPLE of this city.
Private funeral services will be held in Oxford tomorrow at 4:30 p.m. and burial will be in Almond Cemetery.

W. R. C. Home
Miss Emily R. BURDICK, Civil War Daughter, passed away at the Home January 4, aged seventy-four years and six months. She had been very ill for several weeks and had always been in poor health.
A former resident of Rochester and Almond, N.Y., Miss BURDICK is survived by her sister Cora A. BURDICK, W. R. C. Home; Mrs. Clarence KAPLE, sister, of Hornell; and two sisters, Mrs. FARR and Mrs. NICHOLSON, of California. She had been a member of the Home since May 1932.
Private funeral services were held at the Seymour Funeral Home at 4:30 p.m., Thursday January 7, Rev. Frederick L. ANDERSON officiating. Relatives from Hornell were present and following the funeral and commital service they accompanied the body to Hornell. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Almond.
