The PA State Police, working with the Connecticut State Police, have developed information which leads them to believe that there is a definite connection between the murder of two New York City co-eds in Fulton County last year and the murder of a University of Connecticut co-ed almost exactly a year earlier. The bodies of June Eberlin and Mary Ellen Lenihan, undergraduate students at Queens College, N.Y., both 19, were found along Interstate Route 70 in Fulton County on November 4, 1970. Both had been shot to death.
The vacant home of Mrs. Louemma C. Mellott, 81, which is located five miles north of Needmore, was broken into recently and many antiques, including dishes and clocks, were taken from the premises. The value of the stolen items was estimated at $800.
The late Mrs. Nellie Wagner property on South Second Street was sold at public sale on Saturday to John Mellott of Star Route North, McConnellsburg, for $23,200.
Airman Ronald R. Strait, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilda R. Strait of Waterfall, has received his first U.S. Air Force duty assignment after completing basic training at the Air Training Command's Lackland Air Force Base in Texas.
Mrs. Edna E. Truax of Hancock has graduated from the Famous Writers School of Westport, Conn. Mrs. Truax specialized in fiction writing during her three-year course with the long- established home study school.

Fulton County's sixth highway fatality was recorded on Monday with the death of Mrs. Irene Parker Warren of Baltimore, at Bedford Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Warren was a passenger in a 1969 Oldsmobile, driven by her husband, Clyde Thomas Warren, which skidded on the snow-covered Route 70, four miles west of the Warfordsburg exit. The car ran onto the north berm where it struck a rock embankment. Her husband escaped injury in the accident.
Loren Reeder, 6-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. C. Harry Reeder, is a patient in Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh for observation and treatment. Mrs. Reeder is staying with her father and stepmother, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Wildoner, there. Her father underwent surgery last week and remains hospitalized.
