    Film #234 - Timothy Sleeper born 02 Apr 1799 at Vershire, son of David (but he was apparently just registered at Vershire in 1807 after his parents moved there from Sandown in 1802 - a common practice in those days).

    Vershire Records, p. 194, records marriage of Timothy Sleeper to Ruth Flanders, both of Vershire, on 29 Sep 1822.

    Vershire Property Deeds Vol 10 page 518 - Timothy bought property from Polly Hutchins on 22 Feb 1828.

    1850 census for Waterbury p. 608 lists Timothy Sleeper age 50 born N.H., wife Ruth age 48, Tilton age 23, Sarah age 19, David age 17, Eliza age 15, James age 12, Curtis age 9.
