3. Regarding Mary (Robinson) Noble and her marriage to Henry Freaks/Friggs, Sr. It is pretty clear Henry Freaks married Mary Noble, Sr. in 1691. Mary Noble Sr., the widow, was only about 31 that year, not 41 as you stated. Mary Noble Jr., the daughter, was 14 years old. Mary Noble, Jr. is thought to have married Joy Hobbs about 1693. The following are excerpts of my first book::
1691: From Somerset County Maryland, Liber IKL, 1649-1720, by Jody Powell, Genealogical Research Materials, Roanoke, TX, 1992. Pg. 42: ?Henry Freaks and Mary his wife were married the . . . . . of August Ano Domini 1691.?

?From my research, I have found that Isaac Noble (c1645-1690) m. 6 May 1676 Mary Robinson b. c1658. Mary then married Henry Freaks/ Friggs. I don't know anything more; I just happened to have this because a client hired me to find the will of Isaac Noble some years back.?
The next recorded Friggs or Figgs is Henry Friggs (died about 1715). He had a wife named Mary (died about 1723). He had land called "Friggs Adventure" that was "on the North side of the main branch of Broad Creek". It was near what is today Bethel, Delaware.

http://newsarch.rootsweb.com/th/read/LOWER-DELMARVA-ROOTS/1998-05/0896314488 We know that Henry FRIGGS was probably born in Pennsylvania or Maryland in about 1664. He married a Mary ? in August 1691 in Somerset County, Maryland.
From: "County Clerk Notebook", Somerset County, Maryland, Volumes 1 - 10 and "Ancestral Proof and Possibilities", Numbers 1 - 4, Volume 10, page 63;
"15 September 1685, will of Noble, wife executrix, witness: William Brereton, Benjamin Neshin, Alex X Michael, Henry X Freek." Date of proof is not given. Recorded 14 June 1690.
We think that possibly Mary ? was a Noble since Henry witnessed Noble's will above.

Probably, he was the same person as the Henry Freke who sailed on the ship Maryland Merchant from Bristol, England to Virgina in 1676. He was indentured for 4 years on September 5, 1676 2. He probably was the same Henry Freake who proved his right to claim 50 acres after completing his servitude in Maryland on February 14, 1682. The 50 acres claimed he next year were East of present day Princess Anne. 3. He married Mary Robinson Noble the widow of Isaac Noble. 4. Henry Friggs bought 300 acres from Thomas Cox in 1715. The parcel was called Friggs Adventure and it was on headwaters of Broad Creek, Somerset Co., MD which is just east of present day Laurel DE. The final patent was received in 1716. 5. Five children are listed. Two are proven: Elizabeth Freaks b.1692 and Henry Friggs, Jr. b. 1693-99. Three are considered probable:Mary Friggs b.1698-1703 m. James Parremore, Robert Friggs b.1702-1707 and William Friggs b.1703-16. All are listed as being born in Somerset Co., MD.
