This is my husband's family. His mother's side came from Germany and were in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. His father's side of the family were in Virginia, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas and Oklahoma.

    Julia M. Wiederholt

    1910-2003

    CLYDE, Mo. - Julia Marie Wiederholt, 93, of Clyde, passed away Friday, Nov. 14, 2003, at a Savannah, Mo., nursing home.

    Born Oct. 23, 1910, in Wolford, N.D., Mrs. Wiederholt was the daughter of Chris and Callie (Brose) Juhl.

    On June 3, 1928, she was united in marriage to Bernard Wiederholt. He preceded her in death June 7, 1975.

    She also was preceded in death by her parents; son, Donald Wiederholt; daughter, Rose Mary Grotewiel; brothers, A.V., John, Cleo and Jim Juhl; and half brother, Daley Juhl.

    Julia worked as a switchboard operator before retiring.

    She was a member of St. Columba Catholic Church, Conception, Mo.; and St. Ann's Altar Society.

    Survivors: two sons, Eugene Wiederholt, Stanberry, Mo.; and Rex Wiederholt, Fort Morgan, Colo.; two daughters, Betty Kott, Maryville; and Georgia Bloom, Conception Junction, Mo.; three brothers, George Juhl, Knob Noster, Mo.; Bob Juhl, Phoenix, Ariz.; and Alfred Juhl, Stanberry; 21 grandchildren; and several great and great-great-grandchildren.

    Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. Monday, St. Columba Catholic Church, Conception Junction, Mo. Burial: St. Columba Cemetery, Conception, Mo. Friends may call after 9 a.m. Sunday at Roberson-Polley Chapel, Stanberry. A prayer service will be Sunday at 7:30 p.m. at the church.
