      Text: Ophelia died 24 February 1875 in North Pickens Co., AL, at 37 years of age. Ophelia Nevitt Cohen, her second husband Thomas Cohen, and her daughter Mary Ophelia were all killed in a storm which swept away their home on 24 February 1875. Their young son, name unknown, was wounded.
