    August 21st 1965

    I, Albert Hillegass of the Township of Lower Frederick and being of sound mind make this my last will and Testament in accordance with my act of disposing of my estate accordingly:---
    To my daughter Florence Radcliff, I bequeath my bureau + $500.--
    To my daughter Esther Garges, I bequeath my trunk + 400.--
    The balance of my estate if any left at my death to be equally divided among my eight living and dead children namely:- Mrs. Florence Radcliff; Charles Hillegass; William Hillegass; Edward Hillegass; Mrs. Esther Garges; Mrs. Ella Kratz; Irwin Hillegass and John Hillegass.

    At the event of my death I order my funeral expenses to be paid as soon as possible and any other debts I may have occurred; plus the cost of having my name and date of my death cut on my tomb-stone in the cemetery of the New Goshenhoppen Church Cemetery at East Greenville. These monies to be taken out of my Prudential Insurance policies amounting to at least $1000.--
    Should their be any monies left form this transaction, said amount to be equally divided between my daughters:-- Mrs. Florence Radcliff and Mrs. Esther Garges.
