He was a self employed painter, and is survived by his fiancee, Lois Page of Roanoke; two daughters, Sherry Mullins of Lynchburg, Crystal Gail Mullins of Roanoke; a grandson; eight brothers, Raymond Mullins of Las Vegas, Nev., James Mullins of Roanoke, Herbert Mullins of Roanoke, Ray Mullins of Roanoke, Jack Mullins of Roanoke, Jerry Mullins of Troutville, Paul Mullins of Boones Mill, Ricky Mullins of Roanoke; five sisters, Peggy Elkins of Roanoke, Sandra Wertz of Roanoke, Diane Campbell of Roanoke, Patricia Jackson of Boones Mill and Joyce King of Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted from the graveside, The Family Cemetery in Ironto at 1 p.m. Wednesday. Friends may call after noon Tuesday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel, where the family will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
