    Both are buried in Cottonwood Cemetery near Hanna City, Illinois. The cemetery was once part of their land. They lived not far from the cemetery on approximately 80 acres. Also, some of the children are buried in Cottonwood Cemetery, but one buried in Oregon, one in Grove Twp. Cemetery in Gove County, Kansas, one in Little Rock, Saline Co., Arkansas, one in California, one in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Peoria, County, Illinois. They were said to have moved here from Indiana in 1843 or 1844. David Thomas, father of Clark, was born on that farm on April 11, 1846.
