Benjamin Warner was granted a "bachelor right" in Waterbury in 1700. Moved to Hamden, Con necticut (information from Families of Ancient New Haven by Jacobus) soon after 1702 and befo re 1704. His father deeded him part of the homestead lot July 10, 1702. Birth records of hi s children are found in the vital records of New Haven, Connecticut and the mention of him i n the inventory of his father's estate as being of New Haven is all that has been found of Be njamin Warner. He administered his father's estate and made an agreement to care for his moth er while she lived, in consideration of a quit claim deed from the other heirs.***Descendant s of John Warner of Farmington
