From Linda Feaster -
Evaline Cadwallader Armstrong is my ancester. She married Thomas R. Armstrong in 1839 in Jefferson Co, MO. I had long suspected that she was the daughter of Amos Cadwallader, but can not prove it. Some info
online has her the daughter of David Cadwallader who married Jane Rutledge in 1811 in Cole Co MO. Supposedly this David is a sibling of Amos Cadwallader. However, this same research is full of holes on other counts so I am reluctant to accept it without some documentation. Our Evaline consistently
listed PA as her place of birth on all census records. We have Evaline Cadwallader Armstrong born abt 1823 in PA. This is from census data.
