  • Note: from Viola James from James newsletter for dates and places and parents.Have no proof that he is the son of this Hume, but time and place are right and I have yet to read about another Charles in the area. Ray Bischer who provided Allensworth father and verification of that marriage asks what relation is Asa Hume who became guardian to Aldridge hitt. Gordon Heebner says they had 11 children and Annie was second born, 0n Feb. 7, 1768.
