The Will with eleven Codicils of Edward Royds Rice late of Dane Court in the Parish of Tilmanstone in the County of Kent Esquire who died 27 November 1878 at Dane Court was proved at the Principal Registry by Edward Bridges Rice of Bishop's Waltham in the County of Southampton a Vice-Admiral in the Royal Navy the Son and the Reverend Sir John Robert Laurie Emilius Bayley of 14 Hyde-Park-street in the County of Middlesex Clerk a Baronet [son-in-law] the surviving Executors.
    Personal Estate under 30,000.
