    Daniel Carpenter, (1761-1840), enlisted 1778 from Rehoboth, Mass., in Capt. Jacob Fuller's company, Col. John Jacob's regiment. In 1832 he was allowed a pension for nine months actual service as private, Mass. line. In 1846 his widow was granted a pension in Richmond, N. H. He was born in Rehoboth, Mass.; died in Portville, N. Y.
