**Note from Deb: Lula's gravestone reads 1908 however that would put only 4 months between the birth of her and her sister Lina. Death Certificate reads 1910. 1910 Census lists Lula as 2 years old. I believe Lina and Lula's birthdates to be erroneous. The Census was taken on May 3, 1910, Lina's birthdate was May 1st and she is listed as 3 years old. I believe her actual birthdate to be 05/01/1907 (as listed in SS Death Index) as opposed to 1908. Lula's birthdate could not possibly be 09/1910 as stated on her death certificate but, if Lina's birthdate was in fact in 05/1907 then Lula's gravestone date of 1908 could in fact be correct.
