He re-enlisted in the same company in 1865, when he was mustered out; he was in the Missouri campaign an d at Shiloh, Corinth, Grand Prairie, Port Gibson, Champion Hill, siege and surrender of Vicksburg, Fort Blakely, Mobile, and was on garrison duty at Galveston.
