Note: Info from "The Genealogy of the Daniel Inman Family", by Charles Inman. Augusta is not listed with him on the 1880 census although he is listed as married. The "Black Hills Daily Times," Deadwood, South Dakota, September 5, 1890, p.3, col. 4, states that "J.G. Inman, informer on liquor cases, stated not too long ag o that his wife left him because he drank too much whiskey."
