The following is a full, true and perfect inventory of all the Real and Personal Estate of the said Minor, so far as the same has come to the possession or knowledge of the undersigned, Isaac R. Johnson by appointment of this Court Guardian of said Minor:

Part of the NE quarter of the SW quarter of Section 16, Township (6) Six South, Range Five West, Randolph County Illinois, containing one and one half of an acre more or less. Value: $140.00

Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 23, 24, 25 & 26 in Block No. 4 in town of Alma now Steeleville. That said ward owns fifteen one hundred and forty four parts. Value: $100.00
