A will has not been found for Richard or Mille. With the information we do have it looks like Richard Bailey after the age of about 74 started to deed land to some of his children, between the years 1814 and 1828. The Granville Co. 1830 census listed a women living in Richard and Millie’s household. This woman may have been Hannah Bailey an unmarried daughter of the couple who Richard deed land to in 1828. Hannah was probably taking care of her elderly parents.
