    The Haskell-Noble Ancestry member tree by vjhaskell1 has her as Mary Spencer, born about 1783 (That would make her 13 when her first child was born.) and died about 1822, in Alexandria, Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. The parents are shown as Col. John Spencer and Mary Elizabeth Holihan. A Will Book 4 Huntingdon County Wills Page 28 fon the date of 28 Oct 1822 is referenced but no copies shown. She was listed in John Spencer's will on 1818 as Mary Nobble, his daughter. See his notes.
