    I Rosannah D. Stephenson of the County of Maury & State of Tennessee of sound memory & discriminant mind do make disdain(?) & ordain this to be my last will & testament. I give & bequeath to my daughter, the wife of Thomas F. Childress fifty dollars. To my son James G. Stephenson I give & bequeath my carry all. To son William A. Stephenson I have already given fifty dollars which I deem his sufficient portion of my property. To my son John G. Stephenson I have already given fifty dollars which is his full portion of my property. To the children of my daughter Mary A. G. by William Minor, I give & bequeath one dollar, to the children of my daughter Dancy(?) E. by E.Bond I give & bequeath one dollar, to the children of my daughter Cinthey M. by Hollidy McEwen, I give & bequeath one dollar, to the children of my daughter Sarah D. by Samuel B. Patton, I give & bequeath one dollar, to the children of my daughter Margaret B by William Loving, I give & bequeath one dollar, to my daughter Rosannah Stephenson my grandson Daniel Richardson, I give & bequeath the certain balance of my property of using distinction(?) & ????????? consisting of household & kitchen furniture, clothes, chairs, tables, cooking utinsels, stockyard & I appoint my son William A.
