Stephen Coleman the parent of the said Abigail Coleman was given".

You are correct that Abigail's marriage to Joshua Deel lists her as
the d/o Stephen C. I have Abigail's marriage to William "Wiley"
O'Quinn listed as 1 October 1857; however it is not listed in the
Buchanan Co VA or Pike Co KY marriage books.

I think the Matilda Coleman who m. James Crisenbery (Quesinberry?) in
1876, was the same Matilda who was listed in the 1860 Census with
Wiley O'Quinn & Abigail. The fact that she used Abigail's maiden name
seems to indicate that Abigail was not married when Matilda was born.
I wasn't able to find a James Crisenberry or Quesinberry in the 1880
Census; however did find a James Alford in Roane Co WV with a wife,
Matilda and her mother Abigil Coleman was listed with them. I think
this is the same Abigail with her d. Matilda:
