Surname: Koch
Given Name: Martin
Sex: M
Birth: ABT 1745 1 2
_UID: 685A95A3F3D0D511A99F4445535400001B4C
Note: Martin served in Captain James Young's Militia Company with his brothers John George and Jacob and his brother-in-law, John Ralphsnider.
Martin was the administrator of his brother Jacob's estate in 1791 and of his father's estate in 1790. During November of 1792, Martin sold his Pennsylvania land and cleared all legal encumbrances, presumably to move to Greene County, Tennessee. Many residents of Franklin County, including Froschauers, also settled in Greene County, Tennessee. Martin appears in the Greene County Court Minutes in 1796, and on the Greene county tax list having "no land, 2 white polls, and 2 stud horses" for 1797, but his name is missing from all such records thereafter. Where he went or what happened to him is unknown.
