      Hattie H. Ankeny, 96, of Rockwood, died May 2, 1985, in Henry Clay Villa.
      Markleysburg. Born May 30, 1888 in Fayette County, a daughter of John and
      Emma (Geary) Johnson. Survivied by two sisters, Kathleen Lawson of Yucca
      Valley, Calif.; and LaVerne Younkin of Atlantic City, N.J. Preceded in
      death by husband, Edward, on May 8, 1970, also by two sisters and nine
      brothers. Life-long member of the Christ United Methodist Church of
      Rockwood. Friends will be received in the William J. Wood Funeral Home,
      Rockwood, Sunday from 4 until 9pm, where services will be conducted Monday
      at 1:30 pm, the Rev. Donald Krestar officiating. Interment, Rockwood IOOF
      Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the William J. Wood
      Funeral Home, Rockwood, with Robert H. Halverson, supervising.
