In the name of God, Amen: I William Supler, of Richhill Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania being weak of body, but of sound mind and memory and understanding praised be to God for it, considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty thereof and to the end I may be better prepared to leave this world whenever it shall please God to call me hence, do therefore make and declare this my last will and testament, making void all former wills made by me do in manner.
First, I desire to be buried with as little expense as decency will permit, and that my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as conveniently may be. I direct that the property known as the Bryan farm on the hill to the right of the old Vanata farm be sold as soon as convenient after my decease and my debts all paid. Then I direct that my beloved wife, Ruth Ann, to have thirty acres of land on the right hand of the road running from town to Wm. Jurdens, so as to include the spring with the house now under repairs for to have so long as she remains my widow, and if she should marry again, then I direct that the propery be sold and divided equally among my heirs, further I will my wife, Ruth ann, my Bay mare and one cow and all household goods except one good bed and bedding that I direct my son, John L. Supler to have whenever he needs it, further I direct that the remainder of all my real estate be sold with my present residence in parcels to the best advantage to suit purchasers by my executors, property not to be sold under a year or two at the option of my executors. I direct that the remainder if my personal property be sold soon after my decease.
I will my son, Martin supler, first, Five Hundred dollars, which he has got in the property that he now lives on. I bequesth to my daughter, Mary Ann, Five Hundred dollars, which I have paid her in the property she now lives on in Jacktown. I bequeath unto my son, Richard Supler, Five Hundred dollars and one hundred of that is paid. I bequeath unto my son, John L. Supler, Five Hundred dollars. I bequeath to my son, James Supler, Five Hundred dollars when he arrives at the age of twenty one years and the remainder of my estate I will to my heirs, Martin Supler, Mary Ann Piatt, Richard Supler, John L. Supler, James Supler, Jane Supler, Nancy Supler, Margaret Supler, Elizabeth Supler, and Mary Catherine Supler, when they all come of age all to be divided equal amongst my heirs.
And I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Jacob Loar, of Richhill Township, and Martin Supler, of the same place my Executors of this my last will, hereby revoking and making void all former wills made by me, and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I the said testator, William Supler, have to this my last will and testament, set my hand and seal the 13th day of July, A. D. 1872.

Before me, T. J. Hoskinson, Register for the probate of Willa and granting Letters if Administration in and for said county, came Lewis Baltzell and A. J. Goodwin the two subscribing witnesses to the forgoing will, who being sworn according to law, say they were present and saw and heard Wm. Supler, the testator publish, pronounce and declare the forgoing instrument of writing as, and for his last will and testament, and that at the time of so doing he was of sound mind and disposing memory to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief, and that they sgned the name as witnesses at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other.
