1880 and 1900 US Censuses: son in household of James Webb (see entry). However, in 1900 birthdate is given as Jul 1872, with age 27, inconsistent with birthyear of 1875 deduced from birth certificate of Harry. Assume that census is correct.

Annie Brown Webb, or possibly simply Annie Brown, is unknown--possibly a first wife or sister of George or wife of a brother??
In fall 2006, Hazel Webb, Dundee, Illinois, told James Amis that Annie Brown might have been a cousin of George Webb.

According to letter from Hazel (Webb), Dec 2002, Ruth and Ralph (Pete) Webb had genealogical research done, showing origin of Webb family in England and much data.
