[RWCollins]: born in SC--had four children by Lucy Williams--moved to Georgia where he was a planter and physician. First wife Lucy died aroung 1850, when he married her sister Henrietta. Moved to Keachie, LA about 1860; to Henderson, KY about 1868, where he practised medicine. Henrietta died in 1873-74, and he married his third wife, Laura Fisher of KY, about 1875. She died in 1885 and he married Mrs. Jane de Carteret Howell of Shreveport, LA in 1886. The returned to LA to live, where he died in 1896 (she lived to around 1900.)
