      Note: Gladys Simons (Ringness) is the daughter of Minnie May Farrow, daughter of George Alger Farrow. The introduction to this manuscript explains that it was compiled to help document a claim to the estat e of Joseph Farrow, a bachelor who went to Australia and left an estate of "seventeen (17) millions liquid capital", four gold mines and two stamp mills. "Charlie Farrow, a descendent claims his job i s to find the names and addresses of all descendents of Thomas Alger Farrow. The said Charles Mickles states he has examined the will of Joseph Farrow written in Australia and has traced all descenden ts in England." My copy of this manuscript does not list an author, but a 1975 letter from Cameron R. Stewart suggests he may have compiled it. Gladys Ringness lives in Silverdale, Washington.
